Apple ID - I received an email saying Corjl is unable to send an order email to my customer.


If you've encountered a customer who used Apple Pay with the "Hide My Email" feature, you might have noticed a placeholder like "@privaterelay.appleid.com" instead of their actual email.


Just a heads up, this isn't a functional email address that Corjl can use to send the order link. No worries though, there are two simple ways to resolve this:


  1. Contact your customer: Reach out to your customer to obtain a working email address. Once you have it, locate their order on your Orders page. Click on "See Details" or "More Details," then select "Edit email." Update the email and hit "Save." Now you can click "Resend Email."
  2. Send the Order Link: Alternatively, you can copy the Order Link and send it directly to your customer.
