How do I cancel a customer’s order in Corjl and receive a refund?

You can cancel an order in your Corjl account by going to your Orders tab and locating that order on the page. In the Change Order Status section for that order, you can select Cancel Order.

This option is only valid for 30 days. Orders canceled after 30 days are not eligible for refunds.

If the order status before canceling was Not Opened or Incomplete, please contact the Corjl Billing Team at billing@corjl.com to request a refund. A credit will be issued to your account that will automatically apply to your next invoice.
