Organizing Your Designs

You can sort and organize your designs using the categories Folders, Collections, or Tags found in the panel area to the left of the designs. (See the Asset Management section for more information on creation and use of each.)

To add a design to a particular category, click and drag the design thumbnail to the desired tag, folder, or collection name in the left menu area. You can also click and drag the tag, folder, or collection name over to the design thumbnail as well.

To select multiple designs at the same time for sorting, use the following methods:

• Use Ctrl+click to select multiple individual designs.
• Use Shift+click to select a range of designs by clicking on the first and then the last design in a given range.
• Click and hold while dragging the cursor across multiple designs to select.

Selected designs will appear in a pop-up window as shown below:

and can then be dragged over to the desired category.

Bulk Editing Actions for Designs

When you have multiple designs selected, you can right-click and do the following actions in bulk:

Edit Designs - open multiple designs at the same time in the Editor with this option.

Deselect All - deselects the selected designs.

Delete Designs - You can bulk delete multiple designs with this option.
