Corjl Legacy Designs

Designs which have transferred over from the previous version of Corjl are called Legacy Designs. They have been seamlessly integrated into your new account, maintaining their original format. They can be identified by a small icon found in the upper right of the design thumbnail image as shown:

While your current designs are fully operational, Corjl 2.0 introduces some advanced features not available in the older format. This includes cutting-edge options like enhanced Clipping Masks, dynamic gradients, and improved curved text.

We understand that you might have a large collection of designs, and the thought of converting each one can be daunting. But here’s the good news: Conversion is entirely optional. Only consider converting a design if you wish to use these new features for that specific project. Legacy Designs will work for your customers in the new Customer Editor without any issues.

How to Convert a Legacy Design to the New Format

To convert a design to the new 2.0 format, use the following steps:

1. Open the design in the Design Editor.

   
   

2. Click on the "kebab" menu (three small dots) in the upper right corner next to the Design View icons.

   

   
   

3. Select Convert to 2.0 from the available menu options.

   

   This will begin the conversion process for the design.

   

   
   

4. Once the conversion process has started, you will have the opportunity to review and make any needed adjustments to the converted design.

   You will see three options in the upper left of the screen during this process.

   

   They will allow you to do the following:

   • To save your changes during the conversion process and come back later, click the Save button. This saved version will not affect any Listings that may be connected to the design. The original Legacy version will continue to be used in any orders.

   • To cancel the design conversion without saving any changes, click the Cancel button. The design will revert back to the original Legacy version.

   • To finish the conversion process and accept the changes and appearance of the design, click the Approve & Save button. The design will now be converted to the 2.0 format.
