Why didn't an order get created?

If your customer did not receive their order email from Corjl, first check to see if the order was created in your Corjl account.


If the order was created in your Corjl account and is showing in your Orders page, you can resend the customer order email using the Resend Order Email button, or you can copy the order link found in the Order Details area and send it to your customer directly in an Etsy message or an email from your shop email address.


If the order is not in your Corjl Account - here are a few things to check:

  1. The Listing ID - Be sure that the listing has the correct ID to match the Integration.
  2. Designs - Check that the listing does in fact have a design in it and is not empty.
  3. Apple Pay? If your customer paid with Apple Pay and chose the "Hide my e-mail" option - the order may not have been created because Corjl does not have an email to send it to
  4. Double check that the listing purchased was in fact a Corjl listing
  5. Ensure that your Integration is up to date and connected correctly in your Integration Settings

If you find one of these things applies then please make the necessary updates to the listing. THEN please send your customer a manual order so they will receive the order that is needed.


Navigate to the upper right corner of your Orders page and hit the "Create New Order" button. This way, you can manually create an order for your customer.


If you still cannot find why the order was not created then go ahead and email us at support@corjl.com with the Order ID and Order receipt so we can see the listing that was purchased and check for you.
