How to cancel my account

To cancel your Corjl subscription:

*First, please make sure you are in your Seller Account and not in the Customer Account View:

Navigate to the Top Left-hand drop down

1. Open up your Billing profile (drop-down menu in the upper right hand corner of your Corjl account) 

2. Click on the Manage button in your Billing page.

3. You will see a page with your current plan as well as available plans.
4. Click the Cancel button of your current subscription.

5. If you do not wish to change to the Design Only Plan, then click Cancel my Corjl account.

6. You will then see a confirmation pop up.

7. Click OK to close the pop up. You will then see your plan update with the subscription cancellation date. Your Corjl account will cancel on this date.
