How to cancel my account

First, make sure you are in your Seller Account (not the Customer View).

Navigate to the top left-hand drop-down

1. Open up your Billing profile (drop-down menu in the upper right hand corner of your Corjl account) 

2. From the left-hand menu, click Cancel Account

3. You’ll be taken to a cancellation page where you’ll see:
   • The $5 Design Only Plan option, or
   • The option to fully cancel your account

4. If you’d like to proceed with cancellation, click Continue to Account Cancellation.

7. Click OK to close the pop up. You will then see your plan update with the subscription cancellation date. Your Corjl account will cancel on this date.
