What’s the difference between Account and Organization emails?

Account Email

This email is linked to your personal account and is used to log in. If you manage multiple organizations (shops), we can help you connect them to a single account email. This allows you to log in with one email and switch between organizations easily. Note that your account email is not necessarily the same as your organization email—they can be the same or different.

The Account Email is located under the Account Dropdown in User Management.

Organization Email

This email is tied to your shop or "organization" and is primarily used for billing through Corjl. Most sellers/designers have one organization, but those managing multiple organizations can assign different emails to each organization.

Important Notes

  • At this time, updating emails must be done by contacting the Corjl Support team at support@corjl.com.
  • Understanding the difference between Account and Organization emails is crucial when requesting updates to ensure the correct information is changed.
