How do I make changes to a Customer's Design?
Follow the steps below to make changes to the designs or settings in a customer's order:
1️⃣ Step 1: Open the Order Details
Locate the order in the Orders page and double-click to open it and view the order Summary page.
2️⃣ Step 2: Log Into Order
Click on the Edit as Customer button to log into the order.

3️⃣ Step 3: Switch to Designer View
Click where it says Customer View in the top right corner of the screen and select Designer View from the drop-down.

4️⃣ Step 4: Edit the Design
Once in the Designer View for the design, you can make the necessary changes for the customer.
🚨 Please note: Changes made on the design canvas in the Designer View do not save automatically. Be sure and click on the Save button when you are done so the changes will be saved in the customer's design.
