Corjl Listings

Corjl uses listings to directly match the product listings you will create in your online marketplace. Listings allow you to add multiple designs to the same order, determine which designs will show in the Demo, and use and assign variation options to designs.

After creating a design, you will first add that design to a Corjl listing, and then connect that listing in Corjl to your marketplace listing or product.

🔍 Viewing and Searching Listings

These Listings can be viewed under the Listings tab in your account:

Viewing Listings

Listings will be displayed as a list by default. In list view you can see the Listing Name, Sales Channel, Date Added, when it was Last Updated, and the option to Delete the listing.

Use the toggle in the upper right of the screen to switch to a thumbnail view.

Thumbnail View Options - Right-click on the thumbnail image or name of the Listing to see the following options:

• Duplicate listing – This will make a copy of the listing with all of the same designs. Please note that Listing IDs and Variations will not copy, due to the fact that this information is based on a “live” connection to a marketplace.
• See details – Select this option to open the Listing Details Page (see below)
• Delete listing – This deletes the Listing only. The designs in the listing will still be available in your Designs page.

Edit a Listing Name

To edit a listing name, double-click on the name of the listing on the Listing's Details page, or double-click on the name of the listing in the Listing preview panel (as shown).

Sorting Listings

Listings can be sorted and filtered when in list view.

Use the small "triangle" icon button to sort by Listing Name, Dated Added, or Last Updated.

Filtering Listings

You can filter your listings by Sales Channel to see which listings are or are not connected to a marketplace.

To filter by Sales Channel, click the "filter" icon button next to the Sales Channel name. Use the options in the pop-up box to select the filter options.
