Selling Design Bundles for Print on Etsy

Many sellers who offer printed versions of their designs also sell matching sets of designs in bundles (or design suites).

You can use Etsy's Variations feature in a Physical Product listing to allow customers to select different combinations of printed designs within these bundles.

There are many ways to set up your Variations on Etsy to allow for these sales and sellers can choose the options that they feel works best for them. However, one possible example is given in the information below.

Sample Etsy Variations for Bundles

1. Click on the + Add Variation button in your Etsy listing.

2. Click the + Create your own option and type in desired name for the Variation.

   For example, "Design Options" for multiple designs:

   

3. Under Options, type in the different variations options you want to offer for your bundle.

   For example, for a Baby Shower bundle (Invitation, Diaper Raffle card, and Books for Baby card) you may offer a digital template option, full bundle/suite option, and various design combinations as shown:

   

   Click Done when you have added your variation options.

4. On the next page, click the + Add Variation button and then click the + Create your own option for the second Variation

5. Name the second Variation.

   For example, use the name "Quantity" for this set of Variations":

   

6. Under Options, type in the different Quantities of prints you want to offer for your customers.

   If you are offering a Digital Template option, you will want an option for this as well (for example, named "All Templates").

   

   Click Done when you have added your variation options.

7. On the next page, turn on the Prices vary for each option and select both Variations:

   

   Click the Apply button.

8. Now you will assign the correct pricing to the variation combinations that show in your Etsy listing.

   Please note: Depending on your variation combinations, some options will not be applicable and should be turned off.

   For example, the combination below for "Digital Template" and "10 Printed" do not apply as an option, so it has been disabled as shown below:

   

   Only the options that are enabled will show in your Etsy listing.
