Can I use Corjl to Sell Printed Invitations and other Fulfillment Items?

Absolutely! With Corjl, you have the flexibility to sell both printed invitations and other paper goods, as well as digital downloads. You can even sell both the Digital Download and Printed Designs in the same Etsy listing using Corjl Variations for twice the opportunity to earn extra money on print!

It is perfectly within Etsy's regulations to sell a digital template option in an physical product listing as long as it is being sold with printed items as well.

For the Printed Designs, Customers will click on an Approve Proof button to notify you when they are done editing and are ready for you to print their order.

✅ Turn On the Approve Proof Button

To sell a design that you will be printing and shipping to your customer, use the following steps:

1. Go the Designs tab of the Corjl Listing for the design.
2. Click on the arrow/caret next to the design name to view the Export Options for the design.
3. Under Download Options, select Designer downloads design. This will show your customer an Approve Proof button instead of a Download button after they are done making edits.

Once your customer clicks the Approve Proof button, you'll receive an immediate email notification, letting you know that your customer has completed their edits and the order is ready for download and printing. The download links will be provided in this notification email.

📝 Sell Digital and Printed in Same Etsy Listing

To offer both a digital download and printed option within the same Etsy listing, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Create your Corjl Listing and add the design(s) you wish to sell for both Digital Download and Printed orders.
2. Make sure the Export Options for each design in the Corjl listing is set to the Designer Downloads Design option.

3. Create your Etsy listing as a Physical Product listing, and create the necessary variations for Digital or Printed quantities in the Etsy listing.

   You can also convert an existing Digital Download listing on Etsy to a Physical Product listing instead.

4. Return to the Corjl listing and go to the Variations tab. Drag and drop the Digital File variation option (the name will vary based on your Etsy variation names) for each design into the in the Customer Downloads Design section as shown:

   

   This way, your customers will receive the appropriate design based on the variation option they choose at checkout.

📝 Etsy Physical Product Listing Tips

1. Remember to close out your orders in Etsy. Because both Digital and Printed options are sold as a Physical Product, you will need to manually close out all orders (even Digital) in your Etsy account.
   1. For Print Orders you will use the shipment tracking information in the Shipping Notification email you receive from Corjl Prints to close the Etsy Order.

   2. For Digital Design orders you will select "Other" from the "Shipping carrier" drop-down box and then the current date for the "Tracking number" (for example "05-25-2026").

      Using these methods will ensure you keep your Star Seller status for these orders.

2. Update your "Ship-by" date if needed. If you have processing delays or a customer is taking longer than expected to edit their design, you can change the "Ship-By" once as long as the original date has not passed.
