How to Create a Manual Order

Manual orders are orders created directly from your Corjl account and not originated from an outside source like a marketplace. Manual orders can be used to create a custom order or to create an order in the event that one is not created automatically due to technical issues.

Create a Manual Order

To create an order manually, click on the + Create order button found in the top right of the Orders page.

This will take you to the Create order page. Use the following information to create the order:

  1. Add Designs to your Order:

    - Click on the Designs tab in the upper left corner.

    - You will see a tab on the far left of the page for Listings. Select the listing(s) you would like to include in the order by dragging and dropping the thumbnail image for that listing into the area that says Drag listings here.

    - Use the plus sign (+) to expand the list of designs included in the listing. Use the available options to delete designs, or change the number of downloads and expiration dates for individual designs.

  2. Add Instructions to your Order:

    - Click on the Instructions tab in the upper left corner.

    - Select the design you want to use for Instructions from the left panel of the Designs tab area and drag and drop the thumbnail image for that item into the area that says Drag listings or individual designs here.

Please note: if you added a Corjl Listing to the order in the previous step, and you have Instructions saved in your Global Listing Settings, then the default Instruction designs will already be added to this area.

  3. Send the Order to your customer:

    - Type in the customer’s email address in the provided field at the top of the page. If you want to send an order link to the customer’s email, check the Send Email to Buyer box.

    - Click the Create button in the upper right corner to create and send the order.

The newly created order should now appear on your Orders page in the list of orders.
