2.0 Migration

Migration Process Details

  • Migration Duration: The process may take 10-15 minutes to complete.
  • No Reversion: Once migration begins, there is no option to revert back to 1.0.
  • Design Functionality: Existing designs will retain 1.0 editing functionality in 2.0 until you manually convert them to 2.0 templates. The conversion tool is available to convert 1.0 designs to 2.0.
  • New Templates: Any new templates created post-migration will automatically have 2.0 capabilities.
  • Your Customers: Your customers will now be in the 2.0 editor view after your account is migrated
  • Log Out Required: After migration, you’ll need to log out and log back in to see the updates.

With any software update there may be software bugs that arise. Our team is fully capable and have been able to resolve any issues found quickly. Some within a 24 hour turn around time. We appreciate hearing from you!
