How do I mark an order for a Digital Template as shipped for a physical product listing? Is this allowed?
It is perfectly acceptable on Etsy to sell a digital template as an option in a physical product listing as long as the listing also includes printed items as well.
To close out a physical product order that sold a digital template as the purchased option, select Other for the Shipping carrier and then put today's date as the tracking number (for example, "07-08-2026"). This will satisfy the Etsy requirements and also ensure you keep your Star Seller status.

How do I know how to price my printed items on Etsy?
Corjl Prints offers wholesale pricing for Sellers ordering on behalf of their customers. Use the Wholesale Fulfillment Pricing Tool to calculate your costs for a particular design size.
What are shipping costs for drop-ship orders with Corjl Prints?
Shipping costs can also be viewed in the Wholesale Fulfillment Pricing Tool for a particular design size.
Why doesn't the Fulfillment Pricing Tool show for my design?
If you are not seeing the Fulfillment Pricing tab for a particular design, it is most likely that the design is not sized to match one of Corjl Prints current print catalog sizes. We would recommend you either resize your designs to match our print sizing (if a close fit), or contact Print Support to request a custom design size addition.
Does Corjl Prints ship internationally?
Corjl Prints does not offer international shipping at this time.
What Zip Code do I use for my Shipping Profiles on Etsy?
You may use the Corjl fulfillment headquarters Zip Code as shown: 85024
My customer did not provide a phone number. What number should I use to place their print order?
You may enter your own phone number when placing an order on behalf of your customer. The number is provided solely for customer support purposes.
Will printed items have any branding, marketing, or billing information included?
No, your customer's order will not contain any billing, marketing, or branding information from Corjl Prints in the shipment.
How will I receive the tracking information for my customer's print order?
You will receive an email from Corjl Prints with the tracking information as soon as your customer's orders ship. You will then be able to use that information to update and complete the order on Etsy.
